Avicenna International College of Tbilisi operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Georgia with a research-oriented approach and the fifth-generation universities in higher education. Avicenna International College of Georgia has been stablished by the theory and effort of Dr. Hossein Chenari, with an entrepreneurial approach (career-oriented) in the Georgia and with the motto "The future starts here", which is the first international college that succeeded in receiving EURO 5 standard from the Ministry of Science and education of Georgia in higher education
