The importance of knowledge in the educational atmoshpere and the speed of technologies development in today's world has been more evident than in other eras of human civilization. Due to the expansion of knowledge and development of industries, the approaches of specialized implementation and shrinking of industrial and service centers by using the power and facilities outside the system have created a kind of confrontation and dependence.  Academic centers are no exception to this rule. Scientific synergies through academic alliances will multiply the ability of science production by using the maximum expertise of professors and students. Avicenna International College of Tbilisi, with the aim of synergizing the production of science, has created appropriate infrastructures by applying new methods of knowledge transfer, project management and guidance, and synchronizing with world-renowned industries and universities.
